As a Managing Director of Kumar Organic Products Limited, Mr. Udayan Kumar Singh oversees all the key administrative functions of the company particularly R&D, Project Management, Marketing, Financial Management, implementation of Product strategies, CSR & employee policies etc. He takes active interest in people development programmes and helps in strengthening management teams in order to maximize company profitability and efficiency.

Mr. Udayan Kumar Singh is a technocrat with over 25 years of industry experience. Mr. Udayan Kumar Singh holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and is an alumnus of Bangalore University.

Mr. Unnayan Kumar Singh is the Joint Managing Director of Kumar Organic Products Limited. He is a leader par excellence and contributes towards strategic goals of the organisation.

As a Joint Managing Director of Kumar Organic Products Limited, Mr. Unnayan Kumar Singh manages all financial affairs of the company on a day to day basis. He oversees the key administrative functions of the company, exercises over all control and supervision of all company affairs, including implementation of effective cost control policies, review of company's competitive environment and measures to increase the market share etc.

Mr. Unnayan Kumar Singh is a management professional with 22 years of industry experience. Mr. Unnayan Kumar Singh is an alumnus of Christ College, Bangalore.

Mr. Raj Gopal Katju was appointed as Executive Director of Kumar Organic Products Limited in 2008. He has 53 years of experience in various areas and he has worked in Indian Rayon Corporation Veraval, Camphor & Allied Products Ltd, Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd etc.

He is responsible for Project Management, Marketing, Financial Management, Product Launch and Cost Control etc of our KOPL Baroda Plant.Apart from advising on processes and setting benchmarks, Mr. Katju renders his invaluable inputs to internal publications at Kumar Organic. Mr. Raj Gopal Katju is an Honours Graduate in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech) from IIT Kharagpur and also holds Bachelor Degree in Science from Allahabad University.

Mr. S.N Singh is a Whole time Director of Kumar Organic Products Limited. He was inducted on 2004 as a member of the Board.

As a Whole-time Director of Kumar Organic Products Limited, Mr. S.N Singh has been managing resource planning and allocation, risk identification, ensuring operations comply with GMP and Quality, Safety and Environmental Standards. He oversees contemporary project assessment and heads business process re-engineering and gap analysis initiatives at KOPL. Thus, he lends his support to ensure smooth operations of the Production Department, R&D Department, Q.C Department, Stores etc.

Mr. S.N Singh has over 33 years of industry experience in various capacities. He holds Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Mr Sharath Chandra Prasad is a whole time Director Finance of Kumar Organic Products Limited. Mr. Prasad is a qualified Chartered Accountant with illustrious industry experience of more than 32 years.

Mr. Prasad contributed in the capacity of the Chief Financial Officer of KOPL from 2015 till 2019 July. He has been Inducted in KOPL board as whole-time director in August 2019.As a whole-time director of Kumar Organic Products Limited, Mr. Sharath C Prasad oversees Financial accounting, taxation, audits, financial reporting and monitors the performance internal financial control parameters for KOPL as a whole.He also monitors re implementation for ERP suite in the company with a view to leverage real time data processing and improved decision making in the organisation.

Mr. Prasad has vast experience in deployment and re-enforcement of Enterprise Resource Planning suites in large organisations like Merck Lifesciences Private Limited where he worked in the capacity of Vice President Finance. He has been the Head of Finance in other organisations like Bhoruka Gases Limited and held senior management positions in HMT Ltd.
