The HR Department in KOPL is guided by the above quote in all its spheres of work. It is for this reason that our job doesn't get over with hiring people but only begins there. We solemnly believe in the worth of people and try to help our people realize the best in them.

For this we use various tools and techniques:

  • Training- there is no end to learning and no age bar to it either. We train our people in all the latest technical and management aspects to fully realize their potential and further enhance their capacities.
  • Recruitment- the key to success of any organization lies in the hands of its people. For this purpose we have a meticulous recruitment process and we use all available sources to recruit the best in the industry: Consultants, Advertisements, Internet job placement sites etc.
  • Motivation: “Encouragement is oxygen to the soul”. We uphold this ideology and constantly strive to provide our people with an invigorating and stress free work environment. This is supported by our infrastructures includes Health Centre, Gymnasium and Cafeteria facility. We also conduct games and other entertainments to our employees once in six months.
  • Salary and perks: our salary packages are one of the best in the industry and employees are also given perks and yearly bonuses. We are a very performance driven organization and pride ourselves on meeting deadlines. For rewarding those who have constantly kept up this image we give performance based incentive every month.
  • Cab Facility: We admire the fact that our employees travel great distances to be part of our team and thus to make it easier for them we provide cab facilities.
