Koprosteine

Koprosteine (L-2-Oxothiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid) is an important compound in the intracellular delivery of L-Cysteine in the body. It increases intracellular levels of L-Cysteine which in turn increases Glutathione level in the liver cells.

  • Fighting against intrinsic skin ageing.
  • For de-pigmenting or bleaching skin
  • For treatment of dry skin.
  • Hair growth promoter and for baldness.
  • In skin protective compounds effective against vesicants and percutaneous chemical agents
  • In cosmetic compositions for retarding the ageing process.
  • As an anti-oxidant in treating estrogen deficiency bone loss
