These capabilities ensure sustained production and supply of high-quality products in all the segments namely Personal care, Paint, Costings, Food and Healthcare. Kumar Organic Products capabilities have been enhanced time to time as a conscious effort to meet changing market demands and conform to international accreditation norms.
All our manufacturing facilities are accredited for ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management system. All KOPL facilities are GMP approved, inspected by USFDA and conforms to international standards.

The Bangalore unit commenced operations in 1993
1. Jigani, Bangalore, Karnataka
Unit -1 : APIs & Specialty Chemicals
Unit -2 (EOU) : APIs
Unit -3 : APIs & Nutraceuticals.
2. Area Details:
Total Area - 24,281sq.m.
Production Area - 6500 sq.m.
Warehouse Area - 2000 sq.m.
Utility Area - 4500 sq.m.
ETP area - 3000 sq.m
3. Equipments Capacity/Volume:
Following is the unit wise equipment volume,
Unit -1 : APIs & Specialty Chemicals = 30KL
Unit -2 (EOU) : APIs = 45 KL
Unit -3 : APIs & Nutraceuticals = 10 KL
4. Unit is having expertise in handling the following Reactions & Operations :
Nitration, Reduction Reaction, Diazotisation, Hydrolysis, Crystallisation, Acid chloride Reaction, High Vacuum Distillation, Filtration, Drying& etc
The Hassan unit commenced operations in 2016.
1. Hassan (Pharma SEZ), Karnataka.

Production Area - 2955 sq.m.
Warehouse Area - 250 sq.m.
Utility Area - 410 sq.m.
MEE area - 208 sq.m

Plant 1 : Specialty Chemicals = 45 KL
Plant 2 : APIs = 50 KL

4. Unit is having expertise in handling the following Reactions& Operations:
Fermentation, Reduction Reaction, Mannich reaction, Chlorination, Crystallisation, High Vacuum Distillation, Filtration, Drying, Blending and etc.

Constructed Area - 6514 sq.m.
Plant Production Plant – 1500 sq.m.
Utility Area - 353 sq.m.
Warehouse - 580 sq.m.
Admin & Others - 439 sq.m.
Quality Control - 200 sq.m.
2. Equipment's Capacity/Volume : 20 KL
Kumar Organic has acquired a new manufacturing plant at Dahej SEZ in Gujarat, the Factory Area is 21262 sq.mt. This unit is expected to commission its operations in early 2020 and will cater to manufacturing of specialty chemical products.
